不同菜式我都放一只半熟糖心蛋,替賣相加分~蛋白彈彈的,蛋黃有點流心呈液狀,生一點還會漏出來呢! 👍

做法的重點就是時間,只要用比熟蛋短一點時間來滾,就有糖心的效果喇❤

半熟糖心蛋
二人份量

材料:
蛋2隻

煮法:
1. 燒開一鍋100 ml,大概8 cm高的水至100度,同時預備冰水 把生蛋緩緩放入 (要小心放啊~),煮6.5-7分鐘,計算時間非常重要,時間長或短了一點效果就不同了。
2. 煮時可用勺子把蛋輕輕翻翻,確保蛋其停在中心
3. 蛋浸在冰水中,置冰箱冷藏15分鐘,小心的剝去蛋殻。

Ingredients:
2 eggs

Cooking:

1. Bring 200 ml of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add eggs and boil for 6.5 to 7 minutes for a barely-set yolk. Use a timer for consistent results!
2. Transfer the eggs to iced water and freeze for 15 minutes.
3. Crack the shells and transfer it to the dish with a spoon.

  1. We call these eggs "na hniličko", I really loved this way of cooking eggs as a kid, but my mum almost always ended up overcooking them until they became hard-boiled. =D
