自己做一個漢堡包,每個材料計算著卡路里,才真真正正感受到吃一個有多胖!((所以我吃了半個就推了給坐對面那位😅😅)

牛扒漢堡包 
二人份量

材料:

  • 漢堡牛扒2塊 
  • 漢堡包2個 
  • 芝士2片 
  • 生菜6片 
  • 蕃茄1個 
  • 洋蔥半個 
  • 沙律醬/他他醬2湯匙 
  • 磨茹半包 蒜鹽2茶匙 
  • 黑椒磨粒2茶匙 
  • 麵包糠/麵包粉4湯匙

做法: 

1. 以蒜鹽和黑椒粒醃製漢堡扒,把麵包粉包裹著扒的兩面~麵包粉可吸水和防止扒燒焦,放多一點也無妨😊
2. 把漢堡包放烤箱,上面的烤5分鐘,下層烤2分鐘,貼一塊芝士上去再烤3分鐘
3. 中火加油煎一下已切片的洋蔥和磨菇,直至變金黃色
4. 加油煎漢堡扒,每邊5分鐘~用刀子輕輕刺一下,沒血水流出就表示可以吃了。表面的麵包粉燒焦了會脫落,用叉子輕輕挖掉~把漢堡扒放在吸油紙上,稍稍吸油~
5. 在漢堡包下層那塊起司上淋上沙律醬,隨意擺放蕃茄片,洋蔥和磨菇,加上漢堡扒和生菜,蓋上漢堡包上層即可♡

Steakhouse burger 
Serves 2 

Ingredients: 
  • Burger steak patties 2 pcs 
  • Hamburger buns 2 pcs Cheese 2 pcs 
  • Lettuce 6 slices 
  • Tomatoes half 
  • Onions half 
  • Salad dressing/ tartar sauce 2 tbsps 
  • Champignons half bowl 
  • Garlic salt 2 tsps 
  • Black pepper 2 tsps 
  • Bread crumbs 4 tbsps

1. Marinate the burger steaks with garlic salt and black pepper. Bind the steak with bread crumbs.
2. Toast the upper parts of the buns for 5 minutes, top the lower ones with cheese after 2 minutes of toasting then toast for another 3 minutes
3. Stir fry the onions and champignons over medium heat.
4. Pan fry the steak burger for 5 minutes for each side. Remove excess oil by blotting paper.
5. Add salad dressing or tartar sauce on top of the cheese, followed by tomato slices, lettuce, burger steak, onions and champignons.
